Raw Carrot Ginger Soup

Carrot and Ginger Heavenly SoupIngredients:

3 cups of fresh carrot juice
1 small avocado
¼ cup of coconut manna
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
2 tbs of coconut nectar
1 tbs of fresh ginger root
Dash of cayenne
Pink salt to taste

Place all ingredients into a vitamix turbo blender. Blend on high until completely smooth. Bring the temp. of the mix up to 99 degrees. Top with fresh chopped herbs.
