Stupid Good Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup of each: carrot, celery, onion

1 cup of each: ground flax,  sunflower, hemp

1 tbs of poultry spice, salt and pepper

2 tbs of EFA oil blend

Mixed greens

Sprouts

 

Directions:

In a food processor mix mire-poix. Slowly add ground seeds. Add oil and a bit of water. Mix in spices. Scoop into balls and dyhrated for 12 hours. Serve on a bed of greens and sprouts.
