Super Food Chia Porridge

Ingredients:

1 cup white soaked & sprouted chia seeds

3 cups fresh hemp milk

4-5 tbs coconut nectar

1-2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder

2 tsp maca

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cardamon

½ tsp pink salt

¼ cup each of gogi berries, mulberries, cocoa nibs, and hemp hearts.

Large bowl

Directions:

Pour chia into mixing bowl and add in hemp milk stirring constantly until well blended (this will help prevent the chia from clumping.  Add in coconut nectar, vanilla, maca and spices.  Stir until well combined.  Combine the remaining ingredients.  The porridge will thicken, reaching its maximum volume in 15-20 minutes.  Store in the fridge in a well sealed container for up to 5 days.
